A sacred harmony where shadow and light entwine, reflecting the spiritual essence of the sacred space. Drawing inspiration from the rich tapestry of architectural heritage in the Islamic world, particularly from the Najdi region, five elements—Iwan, Siraj, Finaa, Riwaq, and Al-Majaz—have been inspired and reimagined. The Iwan becomes a semi-covered space linking the prayer hall and the outdoors. The Siraj transforms into a perforated screen, wrapping the building like a delicate veil and creating an interplay of light and shadow. The Riwaq is envisioned as a row of louvers encircling the courtyard, serving as passageways between the courtyard and the landscape. The Finaa is reinterpreted as a confined space, while the Majaz becomes a semi-covered transitional area, blending the prayer hall with the outdoors and uniting the two realms.
