Ayala Marasi

The interior design of the Marasi Community villas, interprets Najdi architectural principles into contemporary living spaces, creating an environment that is both culturally resonant and functionally sophisticated. Eight villa prototypes have been carefully curated, with interior quality and detailing corresponding to the villa size: smaller villas are designed as mid-range residences, while larger villas are executed as high-end homes.

The design approach emphasizes a seamless dialogue between heritage and modernity. Attention to detail, such as custom joinery, Najdi-inspired decorative elements, and sophisticated lighting design, enhances the overall experience, reinforcing a sense of place and cultural continuity. The interiors harmonize with the villas’ architectural language, forming a cohesive design narrative that celebrates both tradition and contemporary lifestyle.
