The Augusta Victoria Complex on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem reimagines modern living and community life while honoring its historic setting. Encompassing 90 residences, a 200-room convention center, a sports and community hub, and promenade buildings, the master plan integrates 27,000 m² of built space within a modest 30% footprint. Designed with vernacular sensitivity, the complex preserves existing trees and architecture, while celebrating Palestinian culture and heritage through its architectural language. The result is a vibrant destination where tradition, environment, and contemporary living converge in harmony.
