National Guards Villas

This project reimagines mid-range housing within a large-scale master plan by embracing both tradition and modernity. Four distinct plots, each with unique dimensions and characteristics, were explored through dual design approaches of the vernacular language of the region, and the other offering a contemporary reinterpretation of those same elements adapted three key Saudi regions; Central, Eastern, and Western. Capturing the architectural identity, cultural nuances, and environmental influences of each. The result is a versatile portfolio of housing prototypes that honor local heritage while presenting a modern lifestyle alternative, creating communities that feel both familiar and forward-looking.
