ROSHN MULTI-FAMILY

This project builds upon the reinterpretation of Saudi vernacular architecture and advancing the design language toward a modern and refined expression. Developed across two regions—the Central Region, inspired by Najdi architecture, and the Eastern Region, reflecting the coastal architectural traditions of the east—the project explores how regional identity can inform modern residential design. Each region includes two building prototypes, with two façade variations each balances innovation and tradition, integrating regional cues through form, texture, and geometry yet maintaining a contemporary aesthetic. The outcome establishes a progressive architectural direction that celebrates cultural authenticity while responding to the evolving needs of modern urban living.
