SARAYA AL FURSAN

Located within the Al Fursan Community, involved the redesign of four villas, thoughtfully developed to respond to both contemporary living needs and regional architectural heritage. Two masterplans were prepared—one for Riyadh and one for Al Dammam—sharing the same spatial planning and layout principles, while the villa elevations were adapted individually to reflect the distinct traditional architectural elements of each region.

Across both masterplans, the design approach balances heritage and modernity: functional layouts, crafted details, and a harmonious material palette. This strategy ensures that every villa feels rooted in its locale while providing a contemporary, comfortable living experience.
